What data we collect
The data you enter when you place an order or create an account: name, phone, email, delivery address (with its coordinates), order details (product, quantity, transport, pump, delivery date and time slot, notes), payment method and billing details (billing address; for companies, the company name and tax ID (CUI)). If you create an account, we also keep your password, in encrypted form only. To protect against abuse, the server also records your IP address and browser type.
Why we use it
To take, schedule, deliver and invoice your orders and to keep you informed about their status, i.e. to enter into and perform the contract (Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679), and to meet our legal invoicing and accounting obligations (Article 6(1)(c)).
How long we keep it
Data related to orders and invoices is kept as required by law. We keep account data for as long as you have an account; on request, we delete it.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data or share it for marketing. It only reaches our staff and the technical providers that host the platform, our management system (ERP) and email. To look up addresses and calculate distances we use Google Maps: the address you enter, its coordinates and your IP address reach Google. For companies, the company details are filled in from the public ANAF register, based on the tax ID (CUI).
Cookies
The platform does not use tracking or advertising cookies and does not include external analytics services. It only uses two necessary cookies: one for the session (the order in progress and signing in) and one that remembers your chosen language.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. You can write to us at any time. You can also lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP, www.dataprotection.ro).
